The principle: a high-intensity and very fine beam is focused and directed towards the piece to be marked. Laser marking is non-contact and can be applied to a wide range of materials such as metals and plastics. Graphix Inline is a machine for integrated use, that is to say, it is designed to be inserted into a production line and therefore to carry out marking in medium and large series. The compactness of the laser marking head allows it to facilitate this integration. Graphpro, its simple and intuitive control software, offers you multiple laser marking possibilities: alphanumeric characters, drawings, shapes, logos or Datamatrix. You can also import your marking files directly, access a font library and manage the different axes (X, Y and Z) which allow multi-level marking. This marking machine can be remotely controlled for simple functions such as "start", "stop" or "end of marking" via Ethernet and RS232 multi-connectivity. The Graphix Inline uses long-life diodes, which reduces maintenance and servicing. It also has a self-diagnosis system that allows real-time management of the laser's operating status.
