The templates are not included with the machine. Operation: The operation of the vacuum bell machines is very simple. From the front panel it is possible to set: - Vacuum time Time during which the machine carries out the vacuum in the chamber. It's possible to adjust the time, then visually based on vacuum gauge, to set the percentage of vacuum to be created in the chamber. - Welding time Time during which the machine seal the bag. It depends on the thickness and the type of bag. Usually it amounts to about 1 or 2 seconds. - Pressure Time Time during which the bell is closed, by pressing on the bag sealing. This allows to make the most resistant sealing. After setting the first time these parameters, the operator only has to place the bag in the bell and lower it. The machine automatically performs the vacuum, the gas inlet (where provided) and welding. It will automatically open at end of cycle to allow the operator to extract the vacuum bags. Usable material The vacuum chamber machine utilizes specific smooth envelopes for vacuum. The standard thickness is 95 My. Thicker or specific envelopes for cooking are available.
